According to the agreements between us, we can provide support for hardware and software by means of:
12 months. Covers all parts and labour. Customer responsible for return to and collection from our Factory.
12 months. Covers all parts and labour. We will attend site to carry out repairs as technically feasible otherwise collect from customer, repair at our Service Centre and return.
12 months. Covers all spare parts and repair guidance by email, remote dial in and telephone. If customer can return product for repair then all labour is also included. Customer is responsible for all freight costs.
All warranties can be extended annually by quotation.
We will offer a quotation for any work required outside warranty.
Software upgrades are made available as downloads.
In the first instance customers should report the fault to Digital 4 by phone or email to explain the nature of the problem. If possible we will resolve the problem by phone or otherwise we arrange an engineer call out as appropriate.
